Thanks to our friends and partners across the country who helped make the Taking Charge of Pain events a success!

Some of our partners are listed below:

Some people prefer to attend small gatherings in their local community. They like a setting where they know the building – like a library or community center and can meet with people in their neighborhoods. Mobile Meetings are created with these people in mind. Everyone can’t attend the live event, but most people can benefit from the knowledge and experience shared. Mobile meetings bring that information to local communities around the city where the live event was held.

These ninety-minute sessions are led by a trained facilitator and feature a two-part DVD presentation, and time for group discussion. In the first segment of the DVD, a physician discusses chronic pain and all participants receive a notebook with resources to take home. Our advocacy partners are the day-to-day support and backbone for all these efforts to educate and inspire those who live with chronic pain. Mobile meetings help us extend our outreach and support to surrounding communities.

If you are a community leader and are hosting one of these events please fill out the form below, and we will send you the materials you need to organize and to facilitate this meeting.
